Our Process: 

Our Career Coaching philosophy is that YOU have the ability to create a career you love. You’re the expert in your own life and we want to help you discover where you want to go. We see the journey as similar to going on an adventurous mountain trek. To climb that mountain, you sometimes just need a little push (or a snack!), and that’s where we come in. 

 

Discovery Session

Our process starts with a Discovery Session, where we get to know each other and better understand your current situation. We also discuss  your timeline and other practical matters before we jump into the coaching. The coaching journey has five different phases; we call it the CRAFT(ing) process:

 

Phase 1 - Compass alignment

First off, we support you in clarifying your goals and what you would like to achieve through coaching. We explore what is important to you so that we can align your career with what makes you tick. 

 

Phase 2 - Route exploration

To map out any route, we need to look at three things: where you’re at, where you want to go, and what the options are to get there. Exploring options is crucial to choosing the right path. 

 

Phase 3 - Ascend

After a lot of exploration, you now decide on a way forward and develop an action plan around the route you want to follow. We anticipate that some climbs may be difficult, so we discuss potential obstacles and ways to overcome them. You now start taking small steps towards your goal.

 

Phase 4 - Forward

In this phase, you are clear where you are going and how to get there. You can see the top of the mountain and really start gaining momentum. We support you in increasing confidence, encourage action and celebrate progress! 

 

Phase 5 - Trek summit! 

The summit marks the end of the coaching process, and from here you can admire the view and celebrate how far you’ve come. The coaching relationship is finished, and you now have a clear view of the rest of the way.
